4Tendons Construction and Consultancy is a wholly Ghanaian owned Indigenous Company, registered under the Ghana Companies Code 1963 [ACT 176] to provide professional and general constructional designs, project management, supervision services, construction and refurbishment of buildings and civil works, real estate development, lands, house, factories, and processing of land and building documents.

We have lands in all the regional capitals and most of the district capitals in Ghana. The price of our land is dependent on the location of the land.
However, most of our lands range from $2,000 to $2.2 million depending on the area and number of acres. Prices and terms of payment are NEGOTIABLE.

We also have houses for rent and factory premises for rent, lease or sale. The prices of these houses, factory buildings and office premises are also dependent on the area.

We can also assist you to obtain valid document on any property you want to purchase. The document include site plan, indentures and land certificates.
